Pursuant to New Mexico State regulations, an institution that has been granted New Mexico State Authorization through license, registration or distance education must submit an annual report and shall be charged an administrative fee for filing annual reporting as requested by the New Mexico Higher Education Department.
All reporting forms are in reference to the ACADEMIC YEAR 2026 (August 1 2025 to July 31 2026).
